The invention discloses a portable adjustable lintel formwork supporting structure and a construction method thereof.The portable adjustable lintel formwork supporting structure comprises a bearing plate, a plurality of clamping plates arranged at the two ends of the bearing plate and a bearing structure arranged on the bearing plate, and connecting holes are formed in the two ends of each clamping plate; bolts are inserted into the connecting holes, and the clamping plates are fixed with the wall bodies at the two ends of the lintel and the lintel formwork; the bearing structures are used for being connected with wall bodies at the two ends of the lintel and transmitting loads borne by the supporting plates to the wall bodies at the two ends of the lintel. A construction method of the portable adjustable lintel formwork supporting structure comprises the following steps that firstly, a wall is built, and a bearing groove is reserved; 2, a bearing steel bar is inserted into the bearing groove; 3, supporting structures are installed on the wall body and the bearing steel bars; 4, the supporting structure is fixed; 5, the clamping plate is fixed; 6, a lintel formwork is installed; and 7, the lintel is poured to the lintel formwork. The lintel formwork supporting structure has the effect that the supporting structure of the lintel formwork can be conveniently and rapidly built.
