The invention provides a locking device and a storage device, wherein shaking in a connecting part for connecting a rotating body and a locking body is inhibited. The lock device is provided with a connecting part (30) which is rotatably connected with the end part side of the lock body (12). At least one connecting part (30) is provided with: a convex part (32b) in the shape of a rotating body; and an insertion part (33b) which is provided with a cylindrical-surface-shaped holding wall part (43) for holding the outer peripheral surface of the convex part (32b) and a retaining part (46) protruding from the holding wall part (43), and which receives the convex part (32b) in a rotatable manner. When viewed from the insertion direction in which the protrusion (32b) is inserted into the insertion portion (33b), the holding wall portion (43) and the retaining portion (46) are provided in pairs in a direction inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the lock body (12).
