The invention discloses a flood-proof subway tunnel civil air defense door. The flood-proof subway tunnel civil air defense door comprises a door frame and a protective door plate hinged to the door frame. A rectangular-hole-shaped access port is formed in the door frame; rectangular-groove-shaped sealing grooves are formed in the four side walls of the inlet and outlet correspondingly, and the four sealing grooves communicate with one another to form vertical sealing moving grooves; the upper portion of the vertical sealing moving groove extends upwards to form a sealing containing groove. A cuboid-shaped lower flood-proof plate is vertically and movably arranged in the vertical sealing moving groove in a sealed mode. The lower flood-proof plate is lower than the entrance and exit; limiting mechanisms are arranged on a pair of vertical side walls, parallel to the width direction of the sealed storage groove, of the sealed storage groove correspondingly. The pair of limiting mechanisms is used for limiting the lower flood-proof plate in the sealed storage groove and is higher than the inlet and outlet. When water regimen occurs, the pair of limiting mechanisms is started to release the lower flood-proof plate, the lower flood-proof plate descends to the bottom of the sealing moving groove along the sealing moving groove due to the dead weight, and a certain flow intercepting and water blocking function is achieved.
