The fireproof centrifugal smoke exhaust fan comprises a machine shell, fan blades and a driving motor for driving the fan blades to rotate, the driving motor is arranged on the side wall of the machine shell and drives the fan blades to rotate, an air outlet and an air inlet are formed in the machine shell, the fan blades rotate to drive air to enter the machine shell from the air inlet and be discharged out of the machine shell from the air outlet, and the fireproof centrifugal smoke exhaust fan further comprises a water storage tank. The machine shell is arranged in the water storage tank, a supporting frame is arranged at the bottom of the machine shell, and the driving motor is located above the water storage tank. By arranging the water storage tank, water in the water storage tank can conveniently extinguish sparks bursting beside the driving motor, and the sparks are not prone to affecting work of the driving motor; a water tank, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a water pump and a top groove are arranged, so that sparks do not easily influence the work of the driving motor and the smoke exhaust fan, and the temperature of the working environment of the driving motor is low; by arranging the collecting funnel, the filter screen and the evaporation reducing fence, rainwater is collected and supplemented into the water tank, water evaporation in the water tank is reduced, and water resources are saved.
