The invention discloses environment-friendly ceramic electrolyte tape casting slurry, a green tape material and a preparation method. The green tape material comprises ceramic electrolyte powder, an additive, an alcohol ester mixed solvent, a binder, a plasticizer and a dispersant. The method has the advantages that the alcohol ester mixed solvent is selected in the tape casting slurry for preparing the green ceramic tape, and the slurry has good rheological properties. The ceramic electrolyte green tape prepared by the method is smooth in surface, uniform in thickness and suitable for subsequent surface printing and multi-layer lamination of a solid-state battery, a laminated sample can be sintered and compacted at 800-900 DEG C, and co-firing of various heterogeneous materials such as a positive electrode material, a negative electrode material, an electrolyte and a metal current collector of the solid-state battery is realized. Meanwhile, a sintered sample has high conductivity and high mechanical strength, and the application requirements of ceramic electrolyte and multi-layer cofiring are met. The preparation method is simple in technological process, high in controllability, good in repeatability, environmentally friendly and suitable for large-scale production.
本发明公开了一种环境友好的陶瓷电解质流延浆料、生瓷带材料及制备方法,该生瓷带材料包括陶瓷电解质粉体、添加剂、醇酯混合溶剂、粘结剂、增塑剂和分散剂。本发明的优点在于:制备陶瓷生瓷带的流延浆料中选用了醇酯混合溶剂,浆料具有良好的流变特性。采用本发明方法制备的陶瓷电解质生瓷带表面平整,厚度均匀,适用于后续固态电池的表面印刷与多层叠压,叠层后的样品可在800‑900℃烧结致密,实现固态电池正负极材料、电解质及金属集流体等多种异质材料的共烧。同时,烧结样品具有高电导率,以及较高的机械强度,满足陶瓷电解质及多层共烧的应用要求。本发明的制备方法工艺流程简单,可控性高,重复性好,绿色环保,适合规模生产。
