Kiln dust is conveyed to a conversion runner body through a first zipper machine and a second zipper machine by the first zipper machine along a conveyor and a second elevator, and enters a kiln dust recycling barrel through a diversion runner body to be treated; on the other hand, the second zipper machine conveys the materials recycled in the humidifying tower into the raw material homogenizing silo, fluctuation is buffered, the instability of the materials entering the kiln is eliminated, then the materials are conveyed into the kiln dust recycling barrel through the first elevator, the mode of layered feeding and layered conveying is adopted, and the kiln dust recycling efficiency is improved. And a cushion layer between the high-temperature kiln dust and the conversion launder body is formed by the low-temperature material, so that the damage of the high-temperature kiln dust to the conversion launder body is prevented.
