Cement-based material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a cement-based material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The cement-based material comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of cement; 80 to 100 parts of quartz sand; 0.5 to 3.5 parts of nano silicon dioxide; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; 0-1 part of a dispersant; and 20 to 35 parts of water. The preparation method of the cement-based material comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a nano silicon dioxide dispersion liquid; 2) preparing cement mortar; (3) carrying out pre-compaction and vacuum vibration compaction on the cement mortar; and 4) performing steam curing and soaking curing on the molded part. The cement-based material has the advantages of high breaking strength, low porosity, good durability and the like, the preparation method is simple, the production cost is low, and the cement-based material can be applied to a marine environment with severe weather and is suitable for large-scale industrial application.
本发明公开了一种水泥基材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明的水泥基材料包括以下质量份的制备原料:水泥:100份;石英砂:80份~100份;纳米二氧化硅:0.5份~3.5份;聚羧酸减水剂:0.5份~1.5份;分散剂:0份~1份;水:20份~35份。本发明的水泥基材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)制备纳米二氧化硅分散液;2)制备水泥砂浆;3)水泥砂浆的预振实和真空振动压实;4)成型件的水蒸气养护和浸水养护。本发明的水泥基材料具有抗折强度高、孔隙率低、耐久性好等优点,且其制备方法简单、生产成本低,可以应用在气候恶劣的海洋环境,适合进行大规模工业化应用。
