Carbon-sequestration through-hole type solid waste-based foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses carbon-sequestration through-hole type solid waste-based foam concrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The carbon-sequestration through-hole type solid waste-based foam concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 80 parts of solid waste admixture, 20 to 40 parts of activating agent, 5 to 60 parts of water, 0 to 35 parts of carbon-sequestration microbial liquid, 5 to 35 parts of through-hole agent and 2 to 8 parts of foaming liquid. The carbon sequestration microbial liquid is obtained by mixing carbon sequestration microbial powder and a 5% biological enzyme hydrolyzed protein aqueous solution. The total mixing amount of solid waste in the foam concrete exceeds 60%, an effective application way is provided for consumption of a large amount of industrial solid waste, and the foam concrete is low-carbon and environment-friendly. And through introduction of a through-hole agent and carbon sequestration microorganisms, the air permeability of the foam concrete is greatly improved, the contact area of the carbon sequestration microorganisms and carbon dioxide is effectively increased, the carbon sequestration capacity of the foam concrete is further improved, and a new technical route is explored for realizing carbon neutralization, energy conservation and emission reduction in the building material industry.
本发明公开了一种固碳通孔型固废基泡沫混凝土及其制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。该固碳通孔型固废基泡沫混凝土包括如下按重量份计的原料:固废掺合料60~80份、活化剂20~40份、水5~60份、固碳微生物菌液0~35份、通孔剂5~35份、发泡液2~8份。固碳微生物菌液由固碳微生物粉和5%生物酶水解蛋白水溶液混合得到。本发明泡沫混凝土中固废总掺量超过60%,为大量消纳工业固废提供了有效的应用途径,低碳环保。还通过通孔剂和固碳微生物的引入,使泡沫混凝土的透气性极大提升,有效提高了固碳微生物与二氧化碳的接触面积,进而提高了泡沫混凝土的固碳能力,为建材行业实现“碳中和”及节能减排探索了新的技术路线。
