The invention relates to the technical field of photocuring forming, in particular to a photocuring forming method and a silicon carbide reflector blank, which are used for preparing a large-size silicon carbide reflector blank. Silicon carbide powder, acrylate resin and the like are mixed to obtain a photosensitive silicon carbide paste material, and the photosensitive silicon carbide paste material is subjected to photocuring molding to form a silicon carbide biscuit and then subjected to staged low-stress degreasing treatment; and then precursor impregnation cracking recarburization and densification sintering are carried out to obtain a silicon carbide reflector green body. The photocuring forming method provided by the invention can realize the forming of the large-size complex-structure silicon carbide reflector green body. And controllable degreasing of the large-size biscuit is realized by adopting a staged low-stress degreasing process. The silicon carbide reflecting mirror manufactured by the photocuring additive can quickly realize complex structure forming without using a mold, so that the production period is shortened, and stable production can be realized. And a new technical approach is provided for manufacturing the large-size silicon carbide reflecting mirror with lower surface density.
本发明涉及光固化成型技术领域,尤其涉及一种光固化成型方法及碳化硅反射镜坯体,用于制备大尺寸碳化硅反射镜坯体。通过将碳化硅粉体、丙烯酸酯树脂等进行混合得到光敏性碳化硅膏体材料,并光固化成型为碳化硅素坯后进行分阶段低应力脱脂处理;再进行前驱体浸渍裂解增碳,致密化烧结获得碳化硅反射镜坯体。本发明提供的光固化成型方法可以实现大尺寸复杂结构碳化硅反射镜坯体的成型。而采用分阶段低应力脱脂工艺实现了大尺寸素坯可控脱脂。光固化增材制造的碳化硅反射镜无需使用模具就可以快速实现复杂结构成型,缩短了生产周期,可稳定生产。为更低面密度的大尺寸碳化硅反射镜的制造提供了新的技术途径。
