The invention provides a preparation method of a lithium ion sieve, the lithium ion sieve and application. The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking a foam base material in ceramic slurry, sintering to obtain porous ceramic, soaking the porous ceramic in Li-Ti gel, carrying out heat treatment to obtain a porous ceramic material loaded with lithium metatitanate, and finally eluting the porous ceramic material loaded with lithium metatitanate to obtain the lithium ion sieve. The invention also provides the lithium ion sieve obtained by the preparation method and application of the lithium ion sieve in extraction of lithium from a salt lake.
本发明提供了一种锂离子筛的制备方法、锂离子筛和应用。该制备方法先将泡沫基材在陶瓷浆料中浸泡处理后烧结,得到多孔陶瓷,然后将所述多孔陶瓷在Li‑Ti凝胶中浸泡后,进行热处理,得到负载偏钛酸锂的多孔陶瓷材料,最后将所述负载偏钛酸锂的多孔陶瓷材料进行洗脱,得到所述锂离子筛。本发明还提供了由制备方法得到的锂离子筛和锂离子筛在盐湖提锂中的应用。
