The roadway drainage mechanism comprises a water passing buried culvert arranged between the sidewalk outer side curbstone and the sidewalk inner side curbstone. According to the invention, through combination of urban vertical and engineering facilities, combination of drainage and waterlogging prevention facilities and natural water system rivers and combination of ground drainage and underground rainwater pipe canals, the problem of pavement drainage is solved, and disasters such as waterlogging are avoided.
