The invention belongs to the technical field related to bridge construction, and discloses an inland waterway leaning type tied arch framing assembly method which comprises the following steps: dividing and transporting segments of a leaning type tied arch structure; an assembling platform is arranged; framing splicing is carried out, and different tools are adopted for splicing the sections of different sizes; a temporary support is erected; and symmetrically mounting and folding the main arch and the inclined arch in a framing manner. The method can be better suitable for splicing under the condition that the inland waterway steel structure bridge splicing site is limited, the situation that approach bridges are occupied is effectively avoided, meanwhile, synchronous construction can be conducted on a plurality of working faces, the construction time is remarkably shortened, the splicing progress is accelerated, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the method is particularly suitable for construction in specific limited sites such as insufficient splicing site width and close heat distribution pipelines.
