The underground diaphragm wall slurry circulation system comprises a slurry collection system, a slurry purification system and a slurry preparation system, the slurry collection system comprises a first guide wall, a second guide wall, a first slurry collection diversion trench, a second slurry collection diversion trench and a plurality of slurry collection pools, and the first guide wall and the second guide wall are arranged at intervals; the first slurry collection diversion trench is integrally formed and connected with the first guide wall, the second slurry collection diversion trench is integrally formed and connected with the second guide wall, and slurry collection pools are arranged on the other sides of the first slurry collection diversion trench and the second slurry collection diversion trench; the slurry purification system is connected with the slurry collection pool; and the slurry preparation system is connected with the slurry purification system and is connected with the underground diaphragm wall construction site. The underground diaphragm wall slurry circulation system is used in the underground diaphragm wall slurry circulation method.
