Fabricated building connection node structure
The invention discloses a fabricated building connection node structure which comprises a stand column, a cross beam and a connection node used for connecting the stand column and the cross beam. The through hole is formed in the side face of the stand column, the tenon is arranged at the top of the stand column, the adapter is used for being connected with the tenon in a matched mode and provided with a mortise, the connecting sleeve is connected with the stand column in a matched mode, and the side support is installed on the stand column. An inserting plate is arranged at the bottom of the side support and used for being inserted into the through hole, a groove is formed in the top of the side support, and when the stand column is sleeved with the connecting sleeve, the bottom of the connecting sleeve is inserted into the groove; the bottom of the adapter is matched with the inner surface of the connecting sleeve and is in mortise and tenon joint with the top of the stand column. The cross beam is installed on the side face of the adapter, and the bottom face of the cross beam abuts against the top of the side support. The mortise and tenon joint matching mode can be adopted, the wood material is more environmentally friendly, few bolts are used, and installation is more convenient.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑连接节点结构,包括立柱、横梁、用于连接立柱和横梁的连接节点,所述连接节点包括设置在立柱的侧面上的通孔、设置在立柱顶部的榫头、用于配合榫头连接且具有榫眼的转接件、配合所述转接件与立柱连接的连接套、安装在立柱上的侧撑;所述侧撑的底部设置有插板,该插板用于插入到通孔中,且侧撑的顶部设置有凹槽,所述连接套套在立柱上时,连接套的底部插入在凹槽中;所述转接件的底部与连接套内表面相适配,且与立柱的顶部形成榫卯插接;所述横梁与转接件的侧面安装,且横梁的底面与侧撑顶部相抵。本发明能够采用榫卯配合的方式,木质材质更加绿色环保,并且用到的螺栓少,安装更加方便。
