Prefabricated splicing thermal insulation wallboard
The invention provides a prefabricated spliced thermal insulation wallboard, and relates to the field of house buildings. The prefabricated wallboard is formed by splicing a plurality of prefabricated wallboard bodies and comprises a frame, a heat preservation layer, a panel layer and a surface layer, the frame is filled with the heat preservation layer, and the heat preservation layer comprises a glass fiber cotton layer and a polyurethane foaming layer; the two panel layers are arranged on the two sides of the frame respectively. The two surface layers are arranged on the outer side of the panel layer, and the surface layers are cement fiber felts; every two adjacent prefabricated wallboard bodies are spliced through a connecting structure, each connecting structure comprises a plurality of connecting pieces and a connecting vertical beam, and the connecting pieces are correspondingly provided with first penetrating holes. The prefabricated wallboard body is provided with a plurality of connecting holes and second penetrating holes, the connecting holes are matched with the connecting pieces, the second penetrating holes extend downwards from the top of the prefabricated wallboard body to the bottom of the prefabricated wallboard body, and the second penetrating holes communicate with the connecting holes. The thermal-insulation board has high thermal-insulation performance, the cement fiber felt is adopted as the surface layer, and plastering is not needed; the wallboard body is integrally formed, and the adhesive capacity of the heat preservation layer is high.
