The invention provides a rainwater recycling and comprehensive utilization system for a transformer substation, which comprises a high-pressure spraying main machine connected to a rainwater recycling device through a water conduit, the high-pressure spraying main machine is respectively connected to a plurality of humidifying nozzles arranged in a main transformer radiator chamber through a water outlet pipe, and each humidifying nozzle is provided with an electromagnetic valve; the temperature and humidity detection device is arranged in a target area in the main transformer radiator chamber and used for detecting the temperature or humidity of the target area; the main control device is connected with the high-pressure spraying main machine, the electromagnetic valves and the temperature and humidity detection device, and the main control device is used for controlling the high-pressure spraying main machine to guide water from the rainwater recycling device and controlling the corresponding electromagnetic valves to be opened when the temperature of the target area is larger than the preset temperature or the humidity of the target area is smaller than the preset humidity.
