The device comprises a fastening mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a seat platform, a rotating assembly and a supporting assembly, a connecting lock catch of the fastening mechanism is fixedly connected with a fastening chain, and the free end of the fastening chain bypasses a telegraph pole and then penetrates through the connecting lock catch; an electric roller of the lifting mechanism is arranged on the inner side of a fastening chain through a roller folding and unfolding assembly, so that when the fastening chain is tightened, the electric roller is folded, and the fastening chain is loosened, the electric roller is unfolded and tightly attached to a telegraph pole, and a seat platform is buckled on the fastening chain through a movable buckle plate of a rotating assembly and slides along the fastening chain along with the buckle plate. The supporting assembly provides supporting force for the seat platform through friction force between the supporting assembly and the electric pole. The electric pole lifting device can be suitable for electric poles of different diameters and types, the operation direction can be changed by rotating the seat platform, and the requirement for long-time operation of operators at the high position of the electric pole is met.
