The invention provides an automatic distress electricity abandoning structure which comprises a battery pack assembly, a turnover base and an interlocking assembly, the battery pack assembly comprises a battery pack frame, and the lower end of the battery pack frame is fixedly connected with an upper limiting piece; the overturning base comprises a bottom supporting frame, a lower limiting piece, an overturning plate and a jacking cylinder, and the jacking cylinder is used for jacking the overturning plate to overturn relative to the bottom supporting frame; the interlocking assembly comprises an interlocking support, an interlocking shaft is connected to the interlocking support in a penetrating mode, an upper interlocking plate is fixedly connected to the upper end of the interlocking shaft, a lower interlocking plate is fixedly connected to the lower end of the interlocking shaft, and a linkage plate is rotationally connected to the end, away from the interlocking shaft, of the lower interlocking plate. The two sides of the linkage plate are connected with an air spring and a jacking air cylinder correspondingly, and the air spring and the jacking air cylinder conduct jacking in the two opposite directions of the linkage plate correspondingly. When the battery pack assembly breaks down, the battery pack assembly can be overturned and discarded through the overturning base, and the safety of the engineering machinery body is protected.
