The invention relates to a porcelain lithium slag calcining device and a method for preparing porcelain tiles through a lithium slag calcining process, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing lithium slag to obtain lithium slag fine powder; (2) feeding the lithium slag fine powder and an additive into a calcining device for calcining to obtain calcined lithium slag for later use; (3) powder preparation: feeding the raw materials into a ball mill to prepare slurry according to a ratio, then feeding the slurry into a spray drying tower to prepare green body powder, and storing and aging the green body powder for later use; (4) compression molding: pressing the powder to obtain a ceramic green body; (5) green body drying: feeding the ceramic green body into a roller kiln for drying, wherein the strength of the ceramic green body is 1.5-2.5 Mpa; (6) applying engobe, namely spraying engobe on the green bricks; (7) glaze surface drying: performing infrared drying on the green brick at the drying temperature of 100-200 DEG C for 1-2 minutes; (8) decorating patterns; (9) applying protective glaze, and spraying/sprinkling transparent protective glaze or digital transparent protective glaze for jet printing decoration; (10) firing: firing the green brick in a roller kiln at the temperature of 1050-1100 DEG C for 30-40 minutes until the water absorption rate is below 0.5 wt%; and polishing or edging without polishing to obtain the finished porcelain tile.
