The invention discloses a bridge precast concrete cover beam wet joint formwork device which is assembled at a concrete cover beam with a gap, filling of a concrete cover beam joint is completed through operation on a formwork at the gap, the bridge precast concrete cover beam wet joint formwork device comprises a support serving as a bottom support, and the support is arranged at the bottom of an adjacent concrete cover beam and completely covers the gap. A civil defense bearing platform is connected to the side edge of the support in a sliding mode, and a limiting frame for fastening and constraining the civil defense bearing platform is arranged on the opposite outer side of the civil defense bearing platform.
