The invention provides an offshore wind power installation platform. The offshore wind power installation platform comprises a main hull; the multiple sets of pile legs are arranged in the vertical direction, and the multiple sets of pile legs are arranged on the main ship body in a penetrating mode; each lifting module is connected with the corresponding set of pile legs and used for driving the corresponding set of pile legs to ascend and descend. Each sectional type pile shoe is connected with the bottom of the corresponding set of pile legs, and the bottom face of each sectional type pile shoe is provided with a set of pressure sensors; the central control system is electrically connected with each pressure sensor; and the sailing state monitoring system is arranged on the main ship body and used for monitoring the sailing route and the sailing speed of the main ship body. According to the offshore wind power installation platform, the pressure sensor is arranged on the bottom face of the pile shoe, the supporting force of the seabed can be detected in real time, and then the deployment safety of the installation platform is ensured.
