The invention provides a separation pile dismantling and subsequent bottom plate structure connecting construction method, and relates to the technical field of building construction. Comprising the following steps that separation piles are arranged in a foundation pit, the foundation pit is divided into a plurality of basements by the separation piles, and the basement on one side of the separation piles comprises an underground first-layer bottom plate; the basement on the other side of the separation pile comprises a floor slab and an underground two-layer bottom plate, and the floor slab is higher than the underground two-layer bottom plate; an outer wall is arranged between the floor slab and the bottom plate of the second underground layer and located on the side close to the separation piles; dividing the higher parts of the separation piles, cutting the higher parts of the separation piles, hoisting the higher parts and transporting the higher parts out of the foundation pit; and post-cast strips are formed at the tops of the separation piles through pouring, so that the separation piles are connected with the floor, the underground first-layer bottom plate and the outer wall through the post-cast strips correspondingly. According to the construction method, flying dust and noise generated when the separation pile is dismantled can be reduced, the broken separation pile can be effectively utilized, and the construction efficiency is improved.
