The invention discloses an aperiodic scouring monitoring system for a wading pile and an early warning method thereof. The aperiodic scouring monitoring system comprises a mounting channel, a monitoring box, a soil pressure monitoring unit and a control system, the soil pressure monitoring unit comprises a protective ball, a soil pressure monitoring piece, a balancing weight, a GPS positioner and a wireless data transmitter, and the balancing weight is located at the bottom of the protective ball; the soil pressure monitoring piece at the top of the protective ball upwards extends out of the monitoring box; a first electromagnet is arranged on the top plate, and an iron push plate for pushing the protective ball upwards is arranged in the monitoring box; and a second through hole, a second electromagnet and an iron baffle are arranged at the mounting channel. The electromagnet is used for controlling conduction of the first through hole and the second through hole, the protection ball is easy and convenient to replace, re-excavation and burying are not needed, the influence on the soil body around the pile is small, long-term monitoring of the wading pile can be guaranteed, and the problem that once an existing monitoring system fails, the scouring degree of the soil body around the pile cannot be monitored for a long time is solved.
本发明公开了一种用于涉水桩柱的非周期性冲刷监控系统及其预警方法,非周期性冲刷监控系统包括安装通道、监测盒、土压力监控单元和控制系统;土压力监控单元包括防护球和土压力监测件、配重块、GPS定位器和无线数据发射器,配重块位于防护球的底部;防护球顶部的土压力监测件向上延伸出监测盒;顶板上设置有第一电磁铁,监测盒内设置有向上顶推防护球的铁质推板;安装通道处具有第二通孔、第二电磁铁和铁质挡板。本发明利用电磁铁控制第一通孔和第二通孔的导通,防护球更换简单方便,无需重新开挖和埋设,对桩周土体影响较小,并且还能保证涉水桩柱的长期监测,进而克服了现有监测系统一旦失效无法长期监测桩周土体冲刷程度的痛点问题。
