The invention relates to the field of steel structures, in particular to a building steel structure and machining equipment thereof.The building steel structure comprises a main sleeve and a rotating sleeve which are used for sleeving two beam pipes correspondingly, pin shafts transversely penetrate through the main sleeve and the rotating sleeve correspondingly and are used for axially limiting the beam pipes, and side rotating plates are fixed to the two sides of the rotating sleeve correspondingly; the two side rotating plates are connected to a pin shaft positioned on the main sleeve; the machining equipment comprises two supporting plates which are arranged side by side, a two-way screw, a sliding rod shaft and a supporting roller are rotationally arranged between the two supporting plates, the supporting roller is located right in front of the sliding rod shaft, the two-way screw is located over the sliding rod shaft, two frames symmetrically slide on the sliding rod shaft, the two frames are in threaded connection to threads at the two ends of the two-way screw respectively, and the two frames are in threaded connection with the supporting roller. The two frames are each vertically provided with two control rods, the two control rods on the same frame are each connected with an installation frame capable of moving vertically, and the two installation frames are each connected with a laser transmitter capable of moving in the front-back direction. The steel pipe recycling device can facilitate recycling of steel pipes.
