The invention provides an assembly type outer wall and a construction method thereof.The assembly type outer wall comprises a prefabricated wall body and a prefabricated vertical beam, assembly grooves with L-shaped sections and extending in the vertical direction are formed in the two sides of the prefabricated wall body, and the two inner wall faces of each assembly groove are perpendicular to and parallel to the wall face of the prefabricated wall body correspondingly; the side wall of the prefabricated vertical beam is provided with an assembling protruding block extending vertically, a vertical first groove body is formed in the assembling protruding block, a plurality of elastic tension-bearing pieces located on the same vertical line are detachably connected into the first groove body, the bottom of each elastic tension-bearing piece is fixedly connected with a pressure-bearing block, and the bottom of each pressure-bearing block is fixedly connected with a steel wire rope. The pressure bearing block is provided with two kidney-shaped grooves which are symmetrically formed and perpendicular to the wall face of the prefabricated wall, the two kidney-shaped grooves are obliquely formed and form a V-shaped structure, and at least two pulled rods corresponding to the kidney-shaped grooves are fixedly arranged in each assembling groove. All the structures of the outer wall have good stability in the installation process and after installation is completed.
本发明提供了一种装配式外墙及其施工方法,其中装配式外墙包括预制墙体、预制竖梁,所述预制墙体的两侧设有截面为L型且沿竖直方向延伸的装配槽,所述装配槽的两个内壁面分别与所述预制墙体的墙面垂直和平行,所述预制竖梁的侧壁上设有竖直延伸的装配凸块,所述装配凸块内设有竖直的第一槽体,所述第一槽体内可拆卸连接有位于同一竖直线上的多个弹性承拉件,每个所述弹性承拉件的底部固定连接承压块,所述承压块上设有两个对称设置且垂直于所述预制墙体墙面的腰型槽,两个所述腰型槽倾斜设置且形成V型结构,每个所述装配槽内均固定设有至少两个对应所述腰型槽设置的受拉杆。本发明外墙各结构在安装过程中及安装完成后的均具有良好的稳定性。
