The invention relates to a hospital zero-carbon building comprehensive energy system which comprises a green power generation panel, a wall and an energy system assembly, the green power generation panel and the energy system assembly are arranged on the two sides of the wall correspondingly, and the energy system assembly comprises an energy system body and two first shells arranged outside the energy system body in a covering mode. The two first shells are symmetrically arranged relative to the energy system body, and a protection assembly is arranged between the two first shells and used for connecting the two first shells; according to the hospital zero-carbon building comprehensive energy system, the structure of an existing hospital zero-carbon building comprehensive energy system is improved, the protection mechanism is arranged outside the improved energy system body, in this way, in the actual working process, foreign objects can be prevented from impacting energy system assemblies, and therefore the energy system body is protected; and the service life of the energy system body is prolonged.
