Fully-prefabricated beam-slab integrated floor system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fully-prefabricated beam-slab integrated floor system and a construction method thereof. The floor system comprises fully-prefabricated beam-slab units, prefabricated laminated frame beams and stand columns. The stand columns are distributed in an array mode, the prefabricated laminated frame beams are erected between the adjacent stand columns, and flange bearing pieces are arranged on the side walls of the prefabricated laminated frame beams. The precast beam plate unit comprises a reinforced concrete plate and a flange, and the flange is erected on the beam plate bearing piece or the flange bearing piece; annular steel bars are arranged at the ends of the prefabricated beam and slab units. The prefabricated superposed frame beam is provided with a low-position opening hoop and a high-position opening hoop; the low-position opening hoop is matched with a cap steel bar for the beam; the annular steel bars and the high-position opening hoops are distributed in a staggered mode. Concrete is poured on site at each joint; the construction method comprises the steps that the stand columns are sequentially arranged, the composite frame beams are prefabricated, the full-prefabricated beam and slab units are sequentially prefabricated, and finally concrete is poured at the joints. A laminated slab of an existing beam-slab integrated unit is replaced with the full-prefabricated slab, and due to the fact that the rigidity is increased, production and installation of the beam-slab integrated unit with the larger width can be achieved; meanwhile, the construction cost is low.
