The invention discloses a climbing system of a construction integration platform and a climbing method.The climbing system is characterized in that a wall-attached connecting piece of the climbing system is installed on the surface of a concrete wall, a wall-attached support is connected with the wall-attached connecting piece, a supporting hook claw and a supporting holding claw hanging seat are arranged on the wall-attached support, and a supporting holding claw is installed on a supporting frame body; the supporting frame body is hung on the supporting holding claw hanging base through the supporting holding claw, the guide rail stand column is provided with a first clamping groove force bearing block and a second clamping groove force bearing block, the guide rail stand column is hung on the supporting claw through the first clamping groove force bearing block, the first end of the hydraulic oil cylinder abuts against the supporting holding claw, and the second end of the hydraulic oil cylinder abuts against the second clamping groove force bearing block. The construction integrated platform is installed at the top end of the supporting frame body, and the hydraulic oil cylinder drives the piston rod to be ejected out towards the first end, so that the supporting frame body moves upwards, and the climbing task of the construction integrated platform is completed.
