Sliding incremental launching construction method for large-span steel structure roof
The invention discloses a large-span steel structure roof sliding incremental launching construction method which comprises the steps that a steel structure roof is divided into n steel trusses in the width direction of a construction site, the steel trusses comprise primary trusses and secondary trusses, the steel trusses are connected through connecting components, during construction, an assembling platform is erected on the construction site, and a sliding channel is installed on the construction site; assembling a main truss of the steel truss; the main truss of the first steel truss and the main truss of the second steel truss are hoisted to the sliding channel through a first hoisting machine, and a first sliding unit is formed on the assembling platform in an assembling mode; synchronously pushing the first sliding unit to slide for a certain distance, and repeating hoisting, assembling and sliding to enable the whole steel truss to slide to a designed position; and installing a jacking mechanism on the steel truss, jacking the steel truss, dismantling the sliding channel, installing a support of the steel truss, and transferring the load of the steel truss to the support to complete the installation of the steel truss. According to the scheme, the working efficiency is improved, and the truss quality and the construction safety are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种大跨度钢结构屋面滑移顶推施工方法,将钢结构屋面沿施工场地宽度方向分为n榀钢桁架,钢桁架包括主桁架和次桁架,钢桁架之间通过连接构件连接,施工时先在施工场地上搭设拼装平台和安装滑移通道,拼装钢桁架的主桁架;采用第一起吊机将第一榀钢桁架的主桁架和第二榀钢桁架的主桁架吊至所述滑移通道上,在拼装平台上拼装形成第一滑移单元;同步顶推第一滑移单元滑移一定距离,重复进行吊装、拼装、滑移使整个钢桁架滑移至设计位置;在钢桁架上安装顶升机构,顶起钢桁架,拆除滑移通道,安装钢桁架的支座,并将钢桁架的荷载转移到支座上,完成钢桁架的安装。本发明的方案提高了工作效率、保证了桁架质量和施工安全问题。
