The invention discloses a parking building capable of being quickly built and disassembled and a building method thereof.The parking building comprises a plurality of layers of parking floor slabs which are distributed up and down, and ramp units and pedestrian path units which are communicated are further arranged between every two adjacent layers of parking floor slabs and between the lowest layer of parking floor slab and the ground; the building method comprises the following steps: 1) pretreating the ground; (2) fixing the strut units on the ground according to a design drawing; the method comprises the steps of (1) parking floor assembling, (2) ramp unit assembling, (3) parking floor assembling, (4) ramp unit assembling, (5) parking floor assembling of the same layer, (6) parking floor assembling, and (7) pedestrian path unit.By means of modular design, the parking building is easy to build and dismantle, building and dismantling construction time is short, efficiency is high, meanwhile, repeated use can be achieved, and therefore the cost of the temporary parking building is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种能快搭快拆的停车楼及其搭建方法，其中，停车楼包括若干层上下分布的停车楼板，在相邻两层停车楼板之间以及最下层停车楼板与地面之间还设有相连通的坡道单元和人行通道单元；搭建方法，包括如下步骤：1）对地面进行预处理；2）根据设计图纸将支柱单元固定在地面上；3）停车楼板组装；4）坡道单元组装；5）完成本层停车楼板的组装；6）停车楼板组装完成；7）最后，组装人行通道单元。本发明通过模块化设计，使停车楼易于搭建和拆除，并且搭、拆施工时间短，效率高，同时能够重复使用，从而大大降低临时停车楼的成本。
