Electromagnetic lock protection circuit
The electromagnetic lock protection circuit comprises a main control unit U2; the enable end of the main control unit U2 receives an enable signal through a resistor R3; the current detection end of the main control unit U2 collects the current working current through a resistor R4; a current detection opening end of the main control unit U2 receives an opening signal through a resistor R6; the current setting end of the main control unit U2 is grounded through a resistor R8; the input end of the main control unit U2 receives a voltage, the output end of the main control unit U2 is connected with the terminal J2, and the terminal J2 is used for being connected with an electromagnetic lock; the method further comprises the following steps. The method comprises the steps that S1, an electromagnetic lock is started for the first time, current sampling is conducted N times, the maximum current and the minimum current are obtained, output is stopped when a feedback signal exists, and a timeout value and a continuous operation interval value are obtained; s2, starting the electromagnetic lock again, sampling the current for N + 1 times to obtain the maximum current and the minimum current, and stopping working; and S3, through multiple tests, the magnitude of the unlocking working current of the electromagnetic lock is monitored in real time each time, and the current precision is accurate to mA.
