The clamping plate is rotatably mounted on the shell between a full-open position and a full-closed position; the locking arm is rotatably mounted on the shell, and the locking arm is configured to keep the clamping plate at the fully-open position or the fully-closed position; the buffering piece is arranged on the shell and located on the side, away from the locking arm, of the clamping plate, and a first buffering face and a second buffering face are arranged on the side, close to the clamping plate, of the buffering piece; wherein the first buffer surface is abutted against the clamping plate, so that the clamping plate is kept at a fully closed position; the second buffering face abuts against the clamping plate so as to buffer the process that the clamping plate rotates to the full-open position.
