The invention discloses a door frame mechanism and a sliding door, the door frame mechanism comprises two side frame assemblies and a top beam assembly, the two side frame assemblies are separately arranged left and right at an interval, the side frame assemblies are used for leaning against a wall and being connected with a wall body, and the top beam assembly comprises a first frame beam and a second frame beam; the left end and the right end of the first frame beam are fixedly connected with the two side frame assemblies respectively, the first frame beam is provided with a first connecting plate, the second frame beam is provided with a second connecting plate, and a matching structure used for being in sliding connection with a door body is arranged below the second connecting plate. The first connecting plate is located on the upper side of the second connecting plate, the middle of the first connecting plate is fixedly connected with the middle of the second connecting plate, and the end of the second frame beam can move relative to the side frame assembly. The top beam assembly is of a double-beam structure, bending deformation mainly acts on the first frame beam connected with the side frame assembly, the second frame beam is used for being in sliding fit with the door body, the sliding track of the door body can be kept horizontal, gaps between the door body and the side frame assembly due to deflection of the door body are avoided, and use is convenient.
