The invention discloses a water supply system capable of regulating temperature through circulating waterways. The water supply system comprises a main circulating waterway, a first circulating waterway and a second circulating waterway, circulating water flow of the total circulating water path flows from the water tank to the boiler device through a circulating pump to be heated, after multi-stage heat exchange and temperature reduction, qualified warm water is judged through a temperature control valve to be fed into the stirring main machine, unqualified warm water is mixed, then the water temperature is detected again, and the warm water returns to the water tank through a three-way control valve M8. The first circulating water path is connected with an open cooling tower to primarily cool the main circulating water path; the second circulating water path is connected with a closed cooling tower to precisely cool the total circulating water path, and the temperature is controlled to reach the temperature required by stirring. According to the system, multiple groups of water outlet pipes and temperature control valves are arranged at the output end of the circulating water path to control standard water flow to enter the stirring main machine, otherwise, the standard water flow flows back to the water tank to be recycled, the temperature of water entering the stirring main machine always meets the requirement, and a guarantee is provided for improving the concrete quality.
