Transparent AlON ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to transparent AlON ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the transparent AlON ceramic comprises the following steps: mixing Al2O3 and AlN powder in thermosetting phenolic resin to obtain slurry, performing drying and high-temperature pyrolysis to form Al2O3-AlN-C composite powder with particle surfaces coated with pyrolytic carbon, and then performing carbon thermal reduction to obtain high-purity AlON powder; introducing a composite oxide sintering aid containing boron and rare earth elements into the high-purity AlON powder through a precipitation coating or mechanical mixing process to obtain AlON ceramic sintered powder; and molding the AlON ceramic sintering powder into a green body, and then burying the green body in a BN-AlON burying material containing boron oxide or aluminum borate for pressureless sintering to obtain the transparent AlON ceramic.
本发明涉及一种透明AlON陶瓷及其制备方法。所述透明AlON陶瓷的制备方法包括:将Al2O3和AlN粉体在热固性酚醛树脂中混合得到浆料,经干燥、高温热解,形成颗粒表面包覆热解碳的Al2O3‑AlN‑C复合粉体,然后进行碳热还原,得到高纯AlON粉体;向所述高纯AlON粉体通过沉淀包覆或机械混合工艺引入含硼与稀土元素的复合氧化物烧结助剂,得到AlON陶瓷烧结粉体;将AlON陶瓷烧结粉体成型为坯体,然后埋置于含有氧化硼或硼酸铝的BN‑AlON埋料中进行无压烧结,得到所述透明AlON陶瓷。
