Composite fire-resistant felt for bridge steel cable as well as preparation method and application of composite fire-resistant felt
The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite fire-resistant felt for a bridge steel cable. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing sol; (2) dipping a basalt fiber felt into the sol, aging in a drying oven at 50 DEG C for 4 hours, and drying in a high-pressure kettle to obtain a basalt fiber aerogel felt; (3) putting the basalt fiber aerogel felt on the outer layer, and combining the basalt fiber aerogel felt with the inner-layer basalt fiber felt through a sewing process to prepare a composite fiber felt; and (4) spraying a layer of flexible epoxy resin film on the surface of the composite fiber felt to prepare the fire-resistant double-layer structure composite felt. The invention further discloses application of the double-layer composite fire-resistant felt in a bridge steel cable, and the application is characterized in that the bridge steel cable is coated with the double-layer composite fire-resistant felt to be compacted, and the surface of the double-layer composite fire-resistant felt is coated with weather-resistant sealant. The invention relates to the technical field of fire-resistant materials, in particular to a composite fire-resistant felt for a bridge steel cable and a preparation method and application of the composite fire-resistant felt.
