Heating and stirring device for asphalt pavement material
The invention discloses an asphalt pavement material heating and stirring device which comprises a first stirring chamber for stirring asphalt pavement materials, a plurality of independent stirring bins which are sequentially communicated to form a stirring and conveying channel are arranged in the first stirring chamber, and a feeding port is formed in the stirring bin located at the starting end of the stirring and conveying channel; a discharge hole is formed in the stirring bin at the tail end of the stirring and conveying channel; and the closed heating furnace chamber is attached to the bottom end of the first stirring chamber so as to provide heat for stirring of the asphalt pavement material in a heating mode of avoiding direct contact between the asphalt pavement material and open fire. According to the heating and stirring device disclosed by the invention, the stirring chamber and the heating furnace chamber which are arranged in a split manner are adopted, and the plurality of communicated stirring bins for forming the stirring and conveying channel are arranged in the stirring chamber, so that a manner of providing heat in a non-open-fire contact manner and stirring and heating reclaimed materials in a wok manner is formed; the continuous heating and stirring device not only can realize continuous heating and stirring operation of asphalt pavement materials, but also can effectively solve the problem that the asphalt pavement materials are easy to adhere to the inner wall of the regeneration cylinder in the prior art, and avoids adverse factors such as severe aging of asphalt in regenerated materials and performance reduction of regenerated mixtures.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面材料的加热搅拌装置,包括第一搅拌室,对沥青路面材料进行搅拌,其内排列设有若干独立且依次连通以形成搅拌输送通道的搅拌仓,所述位于搅拌输送通道始端的搅拌仓上开设有进料口,位于搅拌输送通道末端的搅拌仓上开设有出料口;封闭式热炉室,贴合设于该第一搅拌室的底端、以采用避免沥青路面材料与明火直接接触的加热方式为其搅拌提供热量。本发明的加热搅拌装置通过采用分体设置的搅拌室和热炉室,并在搅拌室内设置以形成搅拌输送通道的若干个连通搅拌仓,形成以非明火式接触的方式提供热量并以炒锅形式对再生料进行搅拌加热的方式,不仅可实现沥青路面材料连续式加热搅拌作业的进行,且能够有效解决现有的容易粘附在再生筒内壁的问题,避免再生料中沥青老化严重,再生混合料性能降低等不利因素的发生。
