Self-anchored suspension bridge construction method adopting combination of beam first and cable first and cable first and beam second
The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, and discloses a self-anchored suspension bridge construction method combining a first beam and a second cable and a first cable and a second beam, which comprises the following steps: constructing a bridge tower, erecting a non-navigable hole bracket from two side spans of the bridge to a midspan of the bridge, and finishing construction of a non-navigable hole main beam, the midspan of the bridge being provided with a navigable hole area; erecting a main cable, wherein the main cable is temporarily and fixedly connected to the tower top of the bridge tower; adjusting the transverse line shape of the main cable to enable the main cable to form a space cable, and installing a temporary sling in the midspan of the bridge; a formal sling is installed in a navigable hole area, erection of a navigable hole main beam is completed, and then temporary solidification of a main cable at the top end of a bridge tower is released; a formal sling is installed between a non-navigable hole main beam and a space cable, a temporary sling is dismantled, a method of first beam and then cable and a method of first cable and then beam are combined, the most suitable construction method can be adopted for different bridge sections, and therefore the overall construction efficiency is improved; and by flexibly selecting the construction method, partial construction can be synchronously carried out, so that the construction cost is reduced and the construction period is shortened.
本发明涉及桥梁施工领域,公开了采用先梁后缆与先缆后梁结合的自锚式悬索桥施工方法,包括以下步骤:施工桥塔,自桥梁的两个边跨向桥梁的中跨搭设非通航孔支架并完成非通航孔主梁施工,桥梁的中跨设有通航孔区域;架设主缆,主缆临时固结于桥塔的塔顶;调整主缆横向线形使主缆形成空间缆,在桥梁的中跨安装临时吊索;在通航孔区域安装正式吊索并完成通航孔主梁的架设,然后解开桥塔顶端主缆的临时固结;在非通航孔主梁与空间缆之间安装正式吊索并拆除临时吊索,本申请结合先梁后缆和先缆后梁的方法,能够针对不同桥段采用最合适的施工方法,从而提高整体施工效率;通过灵活选择施工方法,同时可以同步进行部分施工,降低了施工成本和周期。
