The invention discloses a sunlight room for staggered floors of an up-and-down stair structure and a construction method of the sunlight room, an upper-layer structure is retracted relative to a lower-layer structure, staggered floor slabs are formed on the lower-layer structure, the sunlight room comprises a plurality of constructional columns, the constructional columns are connected to the tops of the staggered floor slabs in rows at intervals, and the constructional columns are connected with the upper-layer structure and the lower-layer structure. The multiple constructional columns abut against the inner side of a first parapet wall of the lower-layer structure and correspond to multiple structural columns of the upper-layer structure in a one-to-one mode, and a first constructional wall body is built between each constructional column and the corresponding structural column; the coping beams are connected to the first structural walls in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the first ends of the coping beams are connected with the structural columns, and the second ends of the coping beams are connected with the corresponding structural columns; the metal curtain walls are connected to the outer sides of the multiple constructional columns and the multiple coping beams, additional waterproof construction on staggered floor slabs is avoided by arranging the sunlight room, and meanwhile the use amount of the metal curtain walls is reduced.
