Fabricated superposed chord support conversion arch-shaped concrete structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an assembly type overlapped chord support conversion arched concrete structure and a construction method thereof. The structural system comprises frame supporting columns, a conversion system and an upper frame. The conversion system comprises prefabricated arch components, arch steel ribs, inhaul cables, supporting rods, inhaul cable end anchors and supporting rod end anchors. The inhaul cables and the supporting rods are tensioned at the bottom of the prefabricated arch-shaped component through the multiple layers of overlapped chord supports to jointly form a conversion system. The bottom of the conversion system is inserted and embedded into the frame supporting columns, and the top of the conversion system is inserted and embedded into the upper frame; vertical loads in the upper frame are transmitted to the frame supporting columns through the overlapped chord supporting structures and the arched beams in the conversion system together, the effectiveness and stability of structural force transmission are guaranteed, the whole structure is assembled in a full-modular mode, factory prefabrication and construction are convenient and fast, and industrial production and construction are facilitated.
