The vibration isolation and noise reduction wall structure is installed on a public raft foundation of the nuclear power plant and surrounds a main control room area. The elastic supporting structure is mounted on a building main body in a main control room area; the master control room module is installed on the elastic supporting structure, and a first interval space is reserved between the master control room module and the building body in the master control room area. The main control room area and the peripheral structure are completely separated through the vibration isolation and noise reduction wall structure, vibration noise transmitted by the peripheral structure is isolated, the main control room module is installed on the elastic supporting structure and is not directly connected with a building body in the main control room area, and the vibration isolation effect is further improved; the system has the advantages that the transmission of vibration noise is effectively reduced, and the sound environment problem in the master control room is solved.
