The annular space filling material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 230 to 380 parts of cement, 40 to 250 parts of GF-202, 3 to 195 parts of GF-204 and 700 to 1030 parts of saline water. And the density of the saline water is (1.10-1.30) * 10 < 3 > kg/m < 3 >. According to the process, the annular space filling material is used as a filling medium for filling an annular space of a fractured freezing pipe and a freezing sleeve to perform freezing circulation recovery. The technical problem that the freezing effect is not ideal after circulation is recovered through an existing freezing circulation recovery technology after the freezing pipe is broken can be solved.
