The invention provides an alkali-free fluorine-free liquid accelerator and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete admixtures. The accelerator comprises the following components: 25-35 parts of aluminum sulfate, 5-15 parts of ferrous sulfate, 3-4 parts of compound alcohol amine, 3-4 parts of a pH regulator and 33-36 parts of deionized water. According to the invention, by optimizing the ratio of alcohol amine, the coordination of a ternary coagulation accelerating system only composed of ferrous sulfate/ferric sulfate, aluminum sulfate and alcohol amine on the coagulation time and initial compressive strength of the cement material can be realized under the condition of not additionally adding reinforcing components; the problem that the ternary coagulation accelerating system is difficult to meet the requirement of GB/T35159-2017 on the performance of the accelerator is solved. The accelerator prepared by the invention has the characteristics of low cost, simple process, capability of being prepared at room temperature, good product stability and the like.
本发明提供了一种无碱无氟液体速凝剂及其制备方法,属于混凝土外加剂技术领域。所述速凝剂包括以下组分:硫酸铝25‑35份、硫酸亚铁5‑15份、复配醇胺3‑4份、pH调节剂3‑4份、去离子水33‑36份。本发明通过优化醇胺配比,可以在不额外添加增强组分的条件下,实现了仅以硫酸亚铁/硫酸铁、硫酸铝、醇胺组成的三元促凝体系对于水泥材料凝结时间和初期抗压强度的协调,解决了上述三元促凝体系难以满足GB/T35159‑2017对于速凝剂性能要求的难题。本发明制备的速凝剂具有成本低、工艺简单,在室温条件下即可完成制备且产品的稳定性好等特点。
