The additive can react with alkaline substances in the cement to form a protective film, and precipitation of the alkaline substances is inhibited. The preparation process comprises the steps of mortar stirring, material distribution, centrifugal lining coating, steam curing, lining water milling and the like. And the final lining has the properties of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, permeability resistance and the like, and the service life of the nodular cast iron pipe can be prolonged. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple, convenient and efficient, and is suitable for a lining material of a nodular cast iron pipe for conveying drinking water and a preparation process.
