Low-alkalinity polymer cement mortar lining and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline cement mortar linings, and discloses a low-alkalinity polymer cement mortar lining and a manufacturing method thereof, the lining is composed of cement, fine sand, water and an additive, and the proportion is reasonably blended. The cement comprises the following main components: tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate and tetracalcium aluminoferrite. The additive can react with alkaline substances in the cement to form a protective film, and precipitation of the alkaline substances is inhibited. The preparation process comprises the steps of mortar stirring, material distribution, centrifugal lining coating, steam curing, lining water milling and the like. And the final lining has the properties of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, permeability resistance and the like, and the service life of the nodular cast iron pipe can be prolonged. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple, convenient and efficient, and is suitable for a lining material of a nodular cast iron pipe for conveying drinking water and a preparation process.
