Production process of super wear-resistant ceramic tile
The invention discloses a production process of a super wear-resistant ceramic tile. The super wear-resistant ceramic tile is soft in touch, low in light sensitivity and hard in surface. Comprising the following steps: (1) taking engobe raw materials: albite powder, potassium feldspar powder, calcined kaolin, calcined talc, kaolin, heavy calcium carbonate powder, calcined zinc oxide, a methyl compound, sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of benzyl, a dispersing agent and corundum, mixing and crushing for later use; (2) mixing protective glaze glue raw material glue and protective glaze, and further comprising dry particles for later use; (3) crushing the raw material of the bottom blank, pressing into the bottom blank, drying for the first time, polishing the bottom blank and spraying water; (4) spraying engobe, printing auxiliary color paste, carrying out ink-jet printing on patterns, and carrying out secondary drying; (5) spraying protective glaze glue, pouring glaze, and drying for the third time; and (6) performing high-temperature firing, carbon brush polishing and grinding to prepare the super wear-resistant ceramic tile.
