Stain-resistant soft throwing brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a stain-resistant soft throwing brick. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A, preparing a green body and drying the green body; b, applying cover glaze to form a cover glaze layer; c, printing color ink according to a preset pattern to form an ink-jet printing layer; d, applying polishing glaze to form a polishing glaze layer; e, sintering in a kiln after drying, and polishing to obtain a polished semi-finished product; and F, dropwise adding a wear-resistant and stain-resistant coating to the surface of the polished semi-finished product, and polishing by using a super-cleaning and brightening machine to form a stain-resistant film layer, thereby obtaining the stain-resistant soft throwing brick. Wherein the wear-resistant and stain-resistant coating comprises a binder and a curing agent, and the binder comprises hydrogenated silicone oil, organic silicon resin, 903 glue and a solvent; the 903 glue is prepared from the following raw materials: ground calcium carbonate and 707 water-soluble resin; the curing agent is a silane coupling agent. The preparation method of the stain-resistant soft throwing brick, provided by the invention, is simple and high in operability, and ensures that the obtained soft throwing brick has soft light property and stain-resistant durability at the same time.
本发明公开了一种耐污柔抛砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A.制备坯体并干燥;B.布施面釉,形成面釉层;C.按照预设图案打印颜色墨水,形成喷墨印花层;D.布施抛釉,形成抛釉层;E.干燥后入窑烧制,抛光处理后得到抛光半成品;F.将耐磨耐污涂料滴加到抛光半成品的表面,利用超洁亮机打磨后形成耐污膜层,得到耐污柔抛砖。其中,所述耐磨耐污涂料包括粘结剂和固化剂,所述粘结剂包括氢化硅油、有机硅树脂、903胶和溶剂;所述903胶的原料包括重质碳酸钙和707水溶性树脂;所述固化剂为硅烷偶联剂。本发明提出的一种耐污柔抛砖的制备方法,制备方法简单,操作性强,确保得到的柔抛砖同时兼具柔光性和耐污持久性。
