The invention discloses a continuous bridge closure section connecting structure and a construction method thereof.The continuous bridge closure section connecting structure comprises two frame structures, each frame structure comprises flange plates on the two sides corresponding to the end face of a closure section cantilever, and a top plate, webs on the two sides and a bottom plate are integrally formed and correspond to the end face of the cantilever in a matched mode and abut against the end face of the cantilever; first through holes are formed in the junction of a flange plate, a top plate and a web plate of the frame structure and the junction of a bottom plate and the web plate; the multiple main reinforcement structures are arranged between the two frame structures respectively, each main reinforcement structure is composed of a second reinforcement section and a third reinforcement section in a lap joint mode, and the lap joint position of the second reinforcement section and the third reinforcement section has the spatial length for sliding in the length direction; each supporting frame corresponds to each frame structure and is detachably connected with the frame structure; and the telescopic push rod is detachably mounted between the two supporting frames. The method has the effects of tightly jacking and locking the closure section, avoiding deformation and cracking of closure section concrete in the solidification period, improving the connection stability of the closure section and the like.
