The invention relates to a swing gate machine core which comprises a rack and an outer rotor motor. The outer rotor motor comprises an outer rotor assembly and an inner rotor assembly; a locking mechanism is arranged between the rack and the outer rotor assembly, the locking mechanism comprises a locking mounting plate, an electromagnet and a locking piece, and the locking piece elastically slides on the locking mounting plate; the electromagnet is installed on the locking installation plate, when the electromagnet is powered on, the locking face of the locking piece is attracted and driven to be matched with the outer rotor assembly, the outer rotor assembly is locked, the electromagnet loses power, the locking piece elastically resets to be away from the outer rotor assembly, and the outer rotor assembly is unlocked. The locking mechanism is additionally arranged on the machine frame and the motor, the locking mechanism drives the locking tooth block to be in locking fit with the motor outer cylinder wall of the outer rotor motor through the electromagnet, and position locking of the flashboard at any angle in the operation process is achieved.
