The ship lock maintenance flat plate door water stopping device comprises a top water stopping structure, side water stopping structures and a bottom water stopping structure which are used for being installed on a flat plate door, the top water stopping structure is used for being installed at the top end of the flat plate door, the side water stopping structures are used for being installed on the two sides of the flat plate door, and the bottom water stopping structure is used for being installed at the bottom of the flat plate door. The top water stop structure and the side water stop structures each comprise a first sealing strip, each first sealing strip comprises a sealing part and a mounting part connected to the sealing part, and the upstream side of each sealing part is provided with an extension part extending outwards. The bottom water stop structure comprises a second sealing belt, and an extending part extending outwards is arranged on the upstream side of the lower end of the second sealing belt. Through the structure, the flat door is prevented from leaking water, the water retaining reliability of the flat door is improved, the water pumping and draining frequency is reduced, the labor intensity is relieved, and the construction safety is guaranteed.
