An urban hardened pavement rainwater collecting device belongs to the field of rainwater collecting devices. Comprising a rainwater collection module, a rainwater storage module and a pedal power module. The rainwater collecting module is a piston type drawing device for sucking rainwater on the road surface according to the air pressure principle, a first one-way non-return switch is installed at the bottom in a vertical cavity cylinder, a piston is installed above the first one-way non-return switch, the upper end face of the piston is fixedly connected with the lower end of a spring, and the upper end of the spring is fixedly connected with the top face of the cavity cylinder. The rainwater storage module is of a box structure capable of being pushed and pulled by manpower or a motor and is generally of a cuboid or round through structure, the side face of a cavity cylinder of the rainwater collection module is connected and communicated with the box structure of the rainwater storage module through a water inlet pipe, and a second one-way check switch is installed at the position, connected with an orifice of the water inlet pipe, in the rainwater storage module. When the piston moves upwards to the upper portion along the cavity cylinder, the water inlet pipe is located below the piston. Rainwater on the road surface is collected, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved
